Junior Restaurant Manager

Candidate Requirements:Grade 12Home language must be Afrikaans (essential)Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans1-2 years previous restaurant experience at a supervisor level or similar role in the hospitality industry at a similar establishment (5*or similar)Must be comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clienteleHave good knowledge of food and beveragesWSET or similar wine knowledge certificate course (advantage)Great team management & training abilitiesMust be well-presented and have a strong customer service orientationAbility to learn details quickly (menus/wine list etc.)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain a professional working relationship with all departmentsFlexible, enthusiastic and accountable
