2+ years of relevant experience in report writing, data analysis, or related roles.Proven experience in operational ITSM reporting and data interpretation.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.Graphics DesignDuties & Responsibilities:Gather raw data from various sources, including ITSM tools, databases, anddata queries.Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, andinsights relevant to IT operations.Design, create, and maintain reports that effectively communicate keymetrics and findings to diverse audiences.Tailor reports to meet the needs of dfferent stakeholders, ensuring clarityand relevance.Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to enhance reportpresentation and comprehension.Create dashboards and visual aids that summarize data in an accessibleformat.Work closely with IT teams, management, and other departments tounderstand reporting needs and requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports are aligned withorganizational goals and objectives.Review and validate data accuracy and integrity before finalizing reports.Continuously assess and improve reporting processes to enhance e iciencyand effectiveness.Document reporting processes and methodologies to ensure consistency andstandardization.Provide training and support to team members on report usage and datainterpretation.Ensure adherence to data governance policies and ITIL practices in allreporting activities.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics andreporting.
