We are searching for a dynamic, part-time Recruiting Specialist to support our growing team.
This is a flexible, remote role where your expertise will be crucial in helping us find the best candidates for various entry- and mid-level positions.
Your Role: Manage the full recruiting cycle for entry- and mid-level roles.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and perform background and reference checks.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Ensure a professional and seamless recruiting process from start to finish.
What Were Looking For: Experience in recruiting or HR, ideally with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS).
Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Team player with excellent communication skills and a personable approach.
Tech-savvy and adaptable, able to work independently.
Availability to work 15-25 hours per week, with daily hours between 3pm and 11 pm.
