In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced recruiters while playing a crucial part in the recruitment process. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the recruitment team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist senior recruiters in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.Provide administrative support, such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing recruitment-related documents.Sourcing new clients.Assisting clients in the interview process.Desired Experience & QualificationPrior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within the recruitment industry.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, would be a plus.Package & RemunerationNegotiable salary plus commission
