Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market excellent negotiation skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties. Fluency in English and a willingness to relocate to Dubai are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients understanding their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
Property Listings: Prepare and manage property listings with accurate descriptions and professional photographs.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to provide clients with insights on property values trends and investment opportunities.
Showings and Open Houses: Organize and lead property showings and open houses for potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Documentation: Prepare and review contracts agreements and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Networking: Attend industry events and build a network of contacts to enhance business opportunities.
Compliance: Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
Qualifications:
No real estate experience necessary
Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven experience in real estate preferably in the Dubai market.
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple clients and meet sales targets.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai and have at least 200000 ZAR available to cover relocation costs including real estate course housing and visa fees.
