Junior Quantity Surveyor - (Permanent)

Requirements:• Undergraduate degree required in BSC or BTech Quantity Surveying.
HVAC or plumbing knowledge is advantageous and to be given preference.• Graduate to 3 years' experience.• Professional Registration: Not required.• A driver's license and vehicle: Required.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Especially Microsoft Excel.• Detailed orientated and professional with strong reading and writing skills.• Reading and understanding technical drawings.Job Description:• Assisting with the tendering process on HVAC projects.• Assisting with the management of claiming cycles monthly.• Assisting with the procurement process and ensuring allowed rates are being met.• Measuring and setting up costing documents.• Reviewing contractual documents and project specifications.Kindly regard your application as unsuccessful if you have not heard from the agency within 2 weeks.
