Junior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

2 – 3 years' experience within the construction industry with creditable references.
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Own Transport.
Must be willing to travel for work.

Responsibilities:

Compiling site measurements.
Compiling payment certificates.
Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
Verification of quantities and ordering of materials.
Recon and stock take of materials and hired items.
Controlling site expenditure.
Attending site progress meeting with stakeholders.
