Junior Quantity Surveyor

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Junior QS to join our client's team in Cape Town.
As a Junior QS, you will be responsible for assisting with quantity surveying duties and contributing to the successful completion of high end residential construction projects.

Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities Conduct cost estimation and pricing Monitor project costs and budgets Prepare and issue progress claims to clients and subcontractors Assist with contract administration Review and analyze project specifications and drawings Support the senior QS in various tasks and projects Requirements Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying is preferred Knowledge of construction processes and practices Strong numerical and analytical skills Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and quantity surveying software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop professional skills Benefits Salary : Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
