Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure operational efficiency.Monitor inventory levels and discern purchasing requirements.Track orders and guarantee punctual delivery.Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.Assess supplier offers and negotiate favourable terms.Identify and on board suppliers to enhance profitability and streamline operations.Prepare comprehensive cost analyses.Manage invoice and contract documentation.Foster positive relationships with vendors and oversee their activities.Coordinate with receiving and warehouse personnel to ensure product quality and accuracy in shipments.Requirements: Preferably possess previous experience in hospitality procurement.Proficient in purchasing software and computer applications.Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.Strong aptitude for negotiation and analysis.Fluent in both German and English.If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey in procurement and join a supportive team dedicated to excellence, apply now and become a part of our vibrant organisation!
