Our client is a leading medical devices company located in Midrand and seek to employ a Junior Administrator to join their team. Areas of Responsibilities Capture & process equipment serialized stock order on relevant databases/Syspro & prepare invoice calculations and load relevant Sales Order on Syspro.
Review stock available and proceed if stock needs to be procured.
Schedule order for invoicing based on stock availability i.e.
ex stock or procured.
When ready to invoice, liaise with Technical, Logistics, Applications to arrange installation / delivery / applications.
Control & monitor demo / loan stock.
Keep track of building alterations budget vs expenditure.
Exchange Rate (ROE) variation / CPI calculations / invoices.
Liaise with Finance (Debtors) to ensure payments are received in accordance with our Quoted T & C's.
Responsible for RADCON / SAHPRA license applications preparations i.e.
list import number & relevant stock details.
Control & monitor stock placed on usage deals.
Control & monitor Rental / Payment arrangements.
Distribution of reports including eg.
ETA/ETD report, Invoicing Forecast, Technical Revenue sheet, serials sold report, Reports using external data & Projects list where applicable, RC dealer submissions list.
Requirements Qualifications A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement.
Experience Required Previous experience in a medical company would be an advantage, but not compulsory.
Strong MS Office skills, with strong skills in Excel.
SYSPRO ERP or similar Capabilities Attention to detail with accuracy essential; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Results Orientated; Strong Communication skills; Problem solving; Excellent time management & organization skills; Budget/cost consideration; Strong prioritization skills.
