Junior Project Planner

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including installation, procurement, and drawing programs.Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with targets and timely completion.Prepare and review work packs, and address any issues with staff regarding project information.Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.Oversee compliance with project specifications and manage materials procurement, cost tracking, and timekeeping.Utilize relevant software (MS Project and Syspro) to manage project timelines and budgets.Supervise and support project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.Assist with administrative tasks, including report preparation, risk assessments, and ISO compliance.Qualifications:Trade qualification or equivalent diploma in Project Planning.Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.Proficiency in computer applications and a valid drivers license.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Experience with project management software and an understanding of ISO 9001 standards.Desired Skills and Attributes:High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Integrity and ethical standards.Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain composure.If you are ready to advance your career in project planning and bring your expertise to our growing team, we want to hear from you!Apply now!
