Posted: 23/02/2024 We have a great opportunity for a Junior PM / Project Co-ordinator to work for a Global technology company going through a period of growth. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will work alongside project managers in the delivery of various software & infrastructure projects for internal and external customers.
Working within the PMO you will:
Attend pre/post-project meetings.Monitor the status of projects, including project plans, cost, and resource management and allocation.Manage project risks, issues, and change control.Coordinate project Governance arrangements.Schedule and coordinate internal project resources.Manage project resource allocation.Develop project administration.Manage communications from the PMO mailbox.Adhere to the change control process across all projects and portfolios.Work with stakeholders, both internal and external.This is an office-based job, 5 days a week. As your experience grows and you take on more responsibility, there may be a need/opportunity for you to go onsite both in the UK & International. Full training on the company's software & services will be provided.
Our only requirements are that you have:
A desire to succeed.A Computing / Information systems degree or equivalent.1+ years experience working on ICT projects – software development, testing, or IT.Excellent communication skills.A strong customer-centric approach.Any knowledge of Prince II.Not your average Junior Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator job – this role will allow you to diversify your skill set, always pushing you forward from a personal and technical development perspective – are you ready to take your career to the next level?
