Reporting to the Head of PMO you will work alongside project managers in the delivery of various software & infrastructure projects for internal and external customers.Working within the PMO you will:* Attend pre/post-project meetings.* Monitor the status of projects, including project plans, cost, and resource management and allocation.* Managing project risks, issues, and change control.* Coordination of project Governance arrangements* Scheduling and coordination of internal project resources.* Project resource management* Project administration development* Manage communications from the PMO mailbox.* Adhere to the change control process across all projects and portfolios.* Working with Stakeholders, internal/externalThis is an office-based job, 5 days a week.
