We have a great opportunity for a Junior PM / Project Co-ordinator to work for a Global technology company going through a period of growth. Reporting to the Head of PMO you will work alongside project managers in the delivery of various software & infrastructure projects for internal and external customers.
Working within the PMO you will:
* Attend pre/post-project meetings.
* Monitor the status of projects, including project plans, cost, and resource management and allocation.
* Managing project risks, issues, and change control.
* Coordination of project Governance arrangements
* Scheduling and coordination of internal project resources.
* Project resource management
* Project administration development
* Manage communications from the PMO mailbox.
* Adhere to the change control process across all projects and portfolios.
* Working with Stakeholders, internal/external
This is an office-based job, 5 days a week. As your experience grows and you take on more responsibility there may be a need/opportunity for you to go onsite both in the UK & International. Full training on the company's software & services will be provided.
Our only requirements are that you have:
* A desire to succeed
* Computing / Information systems degree or equivalent
* 1+ years experience working on ICT projects – software development, testing, or IT
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong customer-centric approach
* Any knowledge of Prince II
