Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the renewable energy or electrical industry to be based in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a dedication to delivering projects on time and within scope.
Main job function Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and execution of renewable energy projects from inception to completion. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are organized and accessible. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to track delivery deadlines and progress. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Support senior project management in preparation of status reports, budgets, and project schedules. Conduct regular project meetings, documenting outcomes and action items. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Project Management qualification, with Electrical, Renewable Energy or a related field.
Criteria 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy or electrical sectors. Strong proficiency in project management software and documentation tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive problem-solver with a focus on meeting deadlines.
