The Junior Project Manager/Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting project management processes and assisting the senior management team.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling diverse tasks, and is keen to develop their skills in project management and executive support.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between project teams and stakeholders.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.Offer administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.Participate in meetings to take minutes and ensure action items are communicated and followed up on.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and efficiency.Manage project resources and assist with budget tracking.Provide customer service support, addressing queries and feedback promptly.Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the management team.Qualifications and RequirementsExcellent written command of both English and Afrikaans.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Up to 1-2 years of experience in project management or administrative support.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Quick learner with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
