Role summary:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Junior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. The role will extend into client facing interactions, onboarding, training and engagements that build strong client relationships. This role will require a strong problem-solving mindset, self sufficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape

Daily Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Developing detailed plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring project progress while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Project implementation and Testing: Ensure that project objectives are achieved within agreed upon timeframe and facilitate / action testing to ensure that the scope is met.
- Client Onboarding and Support: Onboarding new clients and guiding them through setup processes for successful implementation, acting as a primary point of contact and advocate.
- Reporting and Communication: Tracking and reporting on project metrics, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and leadership, while facilitating regular communication and updates.
- Product Feedback and Prioritization: Collaborating with product managers and development teams to prioritize features and manage product backlogs effectively.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Working with the team to improve project management processes and practices, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Junior Project Manager.
- Ability to work closely with various teams to ensure alignment.
- Strong familiarity with programmes such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- Highly self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, delivering high-quality results.
- Effective management of multiple projects and priorities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in evolving requirements.
- Proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and grow.
- Client-facing or client success experience is a must.
- Passion for exceptional end user experiences and driving client success.
- Curious mindset, interpreting client data and identifying opportunities.
- Familiarity with client success platforms and tools, as well as WhatsApp or messaging is a plus.
