Junior Project Controls Manager

Job Title: Junior Project Controls Manager Location: Gauteng, West Rand District, Westonaria Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Mining Job Duties: Support the Project Controls Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, costs, and resources Assist in developing and maintaining project controls tools and processes Conduct regular project progress reviews and provide reports to stakeholders Collaborate with project teams to ensure project milestones are met Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Proven experience in project controls or project management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of project management principles and practises Proficiency in project management software and PowerBI Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in underground mining is a must Must be proficient in MS Project  Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Master's degree in Project Management or related field Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional visits to project sites Travel may be necessary depending on project requirements
