Junior Project Controller

Junior Project Controller Location: Botswana, Jwaneng Job Type: 36 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Mining Job Duties: Assist in the coordination and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and resources Provide support in the preparation of project status reports and presentations Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects Track project milestones and deliverables Assist in identifying and resolving project issues Required Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Good communication skills Education: A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in the mining industry  Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software Understanding of project management principles Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Working Conditions: This role will be based in an office environment with occasional site visits required.
Standard working hours apply, with the possibility of overtime during peak project periods.
