We are looking to hire a Project Co-Ordinator to come on board with us.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing: creating social media ads on Canva, boosting ad campaignsEnsuring Offer to purchase/PROCSA Agreements /JBCC Contracts are filled out correctlyLiaison to Clients, professional team, conveyancers and banksAssisting with snagging for new and existing developmentsUnderstand and formulate excel formulaeKnowledgeable in Project feasibility reportsUnderstand Construction Bill of Quantities - Budget vs Actual costingSourcing Quotations from various suppliersAbility to draw up Minutes of MeetingsMaintain website contentAbility to reconcile general ledger accountsDiary Management; Be able to coordinate meetings and send out meeting invitesDesired Experience & QualificationBachelors Degree in Project ManagementBcom Finance & AccountingBtech in Quantity SurveyingWorking Experience: 1 - 2 yearsFamiliar with the Construction IndustryPackage & RemunerationR10 000.00 - R 12 000.00 - Dependent on Experience
