Job Description:Were looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Junior Project and Account Manager to assist with project administration, site management, content creation, and client communication. Youll be involved in a range of tasks, from web development prep to analytics reporting, helping ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities: Website Testing & Revisions: Ensure sites meet client expectations and perform final checks before launch.Website Setup & Maintenance: Handle basic site creation, exports/imports, backups, and updates.Client Handovers: Update contact forms, enable CAPTCHA, update admin emails, and manage test sites.Analytics Reporting: Generate and present website performance reports.Project Administration: Manage project documentation, update templates, organize files, and manage briefing transcripts.Client Requests & Content Management: Manage client submissions through Contentsnare, distribute content to Figma, and organize project folders.Content Creation: Write blog posts and manage WordPress posts for Digital Humanity and projects.Product Checks: Oversee pricing, SKUs, images, and content updates for client products.Research & Testing: Conduct research on plugins, marketing trends, and test new plugin features.SEO Tasks: Assist with advanced SEO by preparing meta descriptions, keyword research, and image optimization.Figma Preparation: Organize and review design elements for web development.As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.
