Role:Assembly, testing, design, development, implementation and verification of systems, subsystems, testers and associated software, hardware and algorithms associated with the Employers products and servicesContributing towards the outputs for specific projects, including all design, documentation and verification artefactsTaking responsibility for the proper implementation and proper functionality of the Employers prototyping and assembly facilities, including tooling, spares, stock and infrastructure. Maintain company processes and systems in line with ISO 9001, AS 9100 and other quality, production and development standardsManaging stores and stock in alignment with AS9100 standards, ensuring all materials and components are organized, safely stored, and properly accounted forConducting incoming inspections of components to verify quality, quantity, authenticity and ensuring each part is precisely documented within the ERP systemCollaborating with the Quality Manager to perform formal quality inspections on electronic and mechanical components, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards and product specificationsPlay a role in the generation of outputs for projects, including design, testing, documentation, production and verification artefactsImplementation of S-PLANE system engineering processes, plans and policies as applicable to a specific projectPerform minor support roles within the company, as requiredMinimum Qualifications:B-Tech Degree / Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronic EngineeringRequired Skills and Experience:Familiarity with Electronic components, PCBs, and SolderingRelevant industry experience will be advantageousElectronic productionElectromechanical integrationElectronic testingIntegration testingProduct qualification and stress testingProduction procurementGeneral Skills:Ability to learn fast and absorb new information quicklyAbility to work as part of a team and collaborate on large projectsAbility to work independentlyStrong problem-solving skillsHigh standard of communication skills in English (both verbal and written)For more info on the role, please get in touch with Bjorn Robbetze :
