Junior Production Manager, Western Cape

Africa Biomass Company is currently recruiting for a Junior Production Manager in the Western Cape.
Overview: We are looking for an experienced and successful production manager to be part of our dynamic team that is growing our footprint in the wood chipping industry. This position will be situated in Worcester in the Western Cape.
Responsibilities: Assisting with reaching daily, weekly and monthly production targets.Management of employees and teams of employees.Preventative maintenance of machines and equipment.Desired experience and qualification: At least 5 years' proven experience in the Agri Sector.Valid Code 14 driver's license.Comprehensive knowledge of Earth Moving Machines or Industrial Woodchippers.Demonstrable competency in efficient planning and relationship building.Be proactive and promote a culture of constant improvement and innovation.Ability to independently represent Africa Biomass Company to clients.Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.Able to manage staff and engage with management.Administrative skills and highly accurate.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
