Junior Process Engineer (Sales / Proposals)

As they continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Chemical/Metallurgical Engineer to join one of their busy and expanding Sales teams.Key Responsibilities:Assess enquiry documents to understand client needs.Handle enquiries, assist with tender planning, and contribute to sales resource allocation.Calculate cost estimates with precision and attention to detail.Develop and maintain customer relationships, focusing on delivering exceptional service and support.Present high-quality tenders to maximize business opportunities.Prepare technical reports and product presentations tailored to client needs.Support the sales network in a technical capacity, providing expert advice on Thickening systems.Conduct equipment sizing, selection, and feasibility checks to meet customer specifications.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of projects to the Contracts department.Assist with lab and pilot plant scale test work, as well as plant troubleshooting and commissioning.Maintain and update sales forecasts and enquiry registers.RequirementsMinimum RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.± 2 years of experience in either Process Engineering, Sales, Applications, Tenders, or Proposals.We are ideally looking for someone with experience in Thickening Plants (either as a project while you were studying, or with another equipment suppliers or on the Mine).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and presentation abilities.Commercial acumen and a keen interest in sales and the commercial side of business.If you are ready to contribute your technical expertise to a dynamic team and play a key role in driving business success, apply now!BenefitsR30 000 CTC (Depending on experience)
