Job ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, you will be responsible for business process management and improvement.Who you will report to:You'll be based within our Enterprise risk and Innovation division at our head office in Sandton, Johannesburg, and you'll report to our Team leader: Process Analyst, who is accountable for our Process Architecture and Corporate System Support functions.Your knowledge:Strong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of business processesUnderstanding of the organisation of a companyData analysisAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to work in a team / a valuable team playerAbility to function in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt to changeYour duties will include:Analysis and documentation of business processesTesting and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivityDefine business process and activity SLAsLiaise with management to continuously evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficienciesLiaise with business analysts and give input to business process design and modellingAdminister user privileges and securityAdminister team systemsMaintain process or document catalogueManage access control standards and processesReport and data analysisYour Qualifications and Experience:Grade 12 with Mathematics (Essential)Relevant bachelor's degree or 3 year Diploma (Essential)Business analyst or Process analyst qualification (Beneficial)Minimum 2 years' experience in this disciplinePackage & RemunerationR8 - R10K TCTC
