Junior Pre-Sales Consultant (Document Management Software)

Presales consultant to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrations, and solution presentations to potential customers.
The ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions to drive successful sales.
Play a key role in building customer confidence, addressing technical concerns, and winning sales opportunities.
Build technical knowledge of the product that will enable you to showcase product capabilities, meet customer needs effectively, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Inherent Requirements: Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients and resellers.
Liaising with the OEM developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers and to appraise them on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like Helping the sales team to close business Conducting research into the industry including competitor research Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
Working closely with the bid office in managing the sales bid process from a technical/product perspective by responding to RFIs & RFP's
