Job Description The Junior Portofilo Manager holds a crucial position within Inospace's Property Managementdepartment, reporting directly to the Regional Portfolio Manager. This roleoversees the day-to-day operations of Inospace's office, industrial, andbusiness park, ensuring operational excellence, fostering client satisfaction,and maximising property performance under the strategic guidance of the Group PortfolioManager.
Theprimary purpose of the Junior Portofilo Manager role is to ensure efficient managementand optimization of Inospace's properties. This involves focusing onoperational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance, whilealigning with the broader objectives set by the Company.
Key Responsibilities Client-CentricOperations: Lead a culture of exceptional client service, ensuringoperational excellence across all properties to address client inquiries,concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
Leasing and ClientRelations: Drive leasing initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and clientsatisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,understanding their unique needs and lease agreements, and implementingclient feedback mechanisms to enhance client experience and retention.
Community Engagement:Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within Inospace's business parksthrough events, networking opportunities, and collaborative initiatives.Liaise with marketing teams to promote community engagement and brandawareness, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for tenants.
Financial Management:Collaborate with the Regional Portfolio Manager and financial team todevelop and monitor property operating budgets, identify opportunities toenhance property incomes, and implement strategies to control costs andoptimize financial performance.
Team and Supplier Management:Lead and mentor a team of Community Managers where applicable, fostering aculture of excellence, client focus, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and manage all suppliers withinyour portfolio.
Requirements Must be South African Citizen
Must be willing to work onsite at various Business Parks in dedicated area
Previous experience in Customer focused role in a similar environment
Real Estate or Property experience will be given preference
