Job DescriptionThe Junior Portfolio Manager holds a crucial position within Inospace's Property Management department, reporting directly to the Regional Portfolio Manager. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of Inospace's office, industrial, and business park, ensuring operational excellence, fostering client satisfaction, and maximising property performance under the strategic guidance of the Group Portfolio Manager.
The primary purpose of the Junior Portfolio Manager role is to ensure efficient management and optimization of Inospace's properties. This involves focusing on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance, while aligning with the broader objectives set by the Company.
Key Responsibilities Client-Centric Operations: Lead a culture of exceptional client service, ensuring operational excellence across all properties to address client inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.Leasing and Client Relations: Drive leasing initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and lease agreements, and implementing client feedback mechanisms to enhance client experience and retention.Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within Inospace's business parks through events, networking opportunities, and collaborative initiatives. Liaise with marketing teams to promote community engagement and brand awareness, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for tenants.Financial Management: Collaborate with the Regional Portfolio Manager and financial team to develop and monitor property operating budgets, identify opportunities to enhance property incomes, and implement strategies to control costs and optimize financial performance.Team and Supplier Management: Lead and mentor a team of Community Managers where applicable, fostering a culture of excellence, client focus, and operational efficiency.
