Job SummaryThis position is required to work closely with the Retail planner and Merchandiser to analyse customer activity, forecast sales, select forward-trending merchandise and replenish stores optimally to maximise trading opportunities and minimise stock holdings in store.Sales and Stock ManagementMonthly sales plan achieved (monthly, quarterly, season & yearly)Work with Line Manager on adhoc & Seasonal ForecastPlan store capacity, SKU capacity & SKU productivityLocation review of stock & sales monthlyPlace & fulfill IO's for DTC channelsExecute allocations to stores for both seasonal product and core product based on store needs and analysisCommunicating with Stores where necessary to understand trading patterns by doing monthly store visitsAssist with management of the seasonal flow of range assortmentsManage stock flow regarding NPI & EOLAssist with weekly cycle counts & stock take processAssist with Wholesale Planning and stock managementProduct AnalyticsManage TOP & BOTTOM product performers by looking at sell throughs, weeks of stock (WOS) & Stock AgeingMonitoring in season trade and react accordinglyManage store rankings, missed opportunities and SKU productivityMarketing SKU's tracking | Consumer moments trackerReportingWeekly Sales Report - Key metric review: Margin, ATV & UPTPromotional Activity salesKPI Report & feedback on EOD report from storesBI Report for GlobalMaintain Replen Tool & implement developments when neededPost Seasonal analysis - DTC and WholesaleGeneral/Ad HocAssist with DSV queries and stock alignmentBeing part of the Buying & Planning cycleReasonable adhoc tasks or duties that may be required from time to time.Plan Uniform for staff monthly.RequirementsRelevant qualification1-2 years' experience in a similar roleStores experience will be an advantageStrong analytical skillsStrong administration skillsIntermediary excel knowledge of pivots and formulasHighly numerate and able to deal with large volumes of dataOrganized and deadline driven with exceptional attention to detailEye for detailMust have good problem-solving skillsEnjoys working with a teamAbility to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environmentMulti-tasking capability without compromising on qualityDependable, punctual and able to work
