Candidate requirements:Grade 12 and relevant business-related tertiary qualification (essential)Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll/Finance/Accounting (preferred)Demonstrable experience in running payroll independently (advantageous)Advanced Excel skills is a mustMust have an understanding of the confidential nature of payroll and the sensitivity of issuesCandidate to run the payroll in compliance with statutory and contractual obligations and to record and remit all 3rd party payments timeously and accuratelyPartner with HR & Finance in aligning a sophisticated and streamlined payroll work environmentEmotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skillsSkilled communicator with strong verbal and written abilities Monday - Friday workLive out position - own transport required
