Junior Payroll Administrator Fixed-Term Contract

Job Advert Summary
Responsible to perform various payroll administrative functions in order to ensure effective and efficient payment of salaries.
Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related services across the group.
Minimum Requirements
Education:

Grade 12.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

Experience:

1-2 years working experience in a similar role.
Accsys experience advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

Accounting knowledge.
Strong Excel and MS knowledge.
Understanding of employment and payroll taxes.

Competencies:

Good interpersonal skillset.
Good communication skill.
High attention to detail.
Self-starter and high integrity levels due to confidential information administered.

Duties and Responsibilities

Processing of PPS Short Term, PPS Namibia, PPS Life Advisory Fixed and PI payrolls.
Distribution of payslips for above companies.
3rd party payments and schedules for above companies.
Loading of temps weekly.
All payroll related administration for above companies.
Assistance with the EMP201 process.
Daily query resolution on above companies including password requests.
Administration of IT88 process.
Administration of the workmans compensation.
Administration of Income tax requests on easyfile ongoing.
Assistance with year-end and budget tasks.
