Junior Operations Assistant

Job Opportunity: Junior Operations AssistantLocation: UmhlangaJob Functions:Receiving & confirming fuel orders.Consulting with transports for documentation and processing.Processing documentation in the Operations department and for contractors, including ordering lifting slips (Cash, Terms & COC).Controlling and planning the delivery/load schedule.Data capturing for all processing in the operations department.Controlling and monitoring deliveries nationally.Addressing client queries.Requirements:Matric (with Maths and Accounting).2-3 years of administration experience in the road freight industry.2-3 years of experience with electronic processing systems (experience with SAP, Pastel, or other systems is advantageous).2-3 years of knowledge in the petroleum industry (fueling on road and bulk).Understanding the impact of your role on service delivery to both internal and external customers with a strong customer service mindset.Ability to work flexible hours in line with business requirements, including alternate weekends.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Reliable transport.Remuneration:Salary: R7,000-R10,000 PMCompany pension fund (upon permanent employment)Company cellphone
