Job ResponsibilitiesTo oversee and manage multiple client projects. You are responsible for managing all aspects of the project from receipt to completion. This will include:Receiving the design brief, providing quotes and production lead times as appropriate.Involvement in initial project meetings to offer and discuss project direction.Providing quotes to supply the work and estimating production lead times on print work.Maintaining communication with the client throughout production and providing constant feedback on project progress.Providing a full briefing to the production team.Conducting daily and weekly meetings with the production team to brief on projects and set project targets.Attending site surveys and installations to ensure the final part of the project runs smoothly.Managing staff and keeping morale high, including providing or organizing training to staff members.Ordering materials and organizing stock control to ensure correct materials are ordered and stock levels are managed.Overseeing quality control of products throughout each stage of production.Managing dispatch and logistics to ensure finished goods are sent on time.Controlling budgets and ensuring projects are profitable and within quoted budgets.Working with external suppliers to outsource work while managing quality, budget, and timelines.Skills:The candidate must have experience in manufacture/installations and at least two years of experience working in a workshop and shopfit. Experience in working/knowledge within each department (technical, CNC, Bench, Sprayshop) is advantageous. Experience using project management tools/scheduling tools is a must. The candidate must be proficient in spreadsheet software such as Excel or Numbers. Excellent communication skills and a professional manner in responding to clients are required.
