Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and creative junior marketing and customer success manager to join our team. This role will focus on content creation, social media coordination, and customer experience, playing a key part in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will work closely with management to drive marketing campaigns, product launches, customer service, and community management efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Marketing campaigns and product launches:Plan and execute marketing campaigns and product launches. Generate monthly reports on marketing performance and campaign metrics. Assist in the implementation of digital strategies to improve online visibility. Lead and manage Nutrition Network Practitioner Pathway certification programmes and develop sales strategies for upselling to existing and prospective leads.Content creation and social media:Create and maintain content for various platforms, including the website, social media, and online communities. Spearhead content planning for online community platforms and execute social media community management. Generate fresh content ideas for marketing assets, artwork, and website content in collaboration with web developers. Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, social media scheduling, and website sales pages.Customer success and experience:Manage customer service across all mediums, striving for customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer conversion and retention, ensuring a positive customer journey. Engage with customers through various communication channels, responding to enquiries and feedback to build healthy relationships. Support customer community management and assist in the planning and execution of customer-focused content, such as webinars, certification programmes, and online/in-person events.Qualifications:Experience in marketing, social media management, and customer success.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Experience with content creation, graphic design, and basic website management is a plus (Canva, MailChimp, WordPress, GA4).Experience in the medical / healthcare / nutrition field a plus (national and/or international).Key Skills:Proactive problem-solver with strong project management and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to customer service.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail in content creation and social media management.Strong understanding of marketing trends, community management, and customer success strategies.This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience and contribute to the growth of our brand through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies.Please send a cover letter with your application addressing why you feel you are the best candidate for this position.
