Junior Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician who can work independently and has a foundational knowledge of maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Arc and CO2 welding and a strong desire to learn and grow within our maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment. Execute Arc and CO2 welding tasks as needed. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues promptly. Conduct inspections to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment performance. Some experience in a maintenance position within a manufacturing facility. Proficiency in Arc and CO2 welding techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
