What You'll Be Doing:
Maintenance Management: Assist in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently ???
Repairs and Upkeep: Conduct regular inspections and repairs of the property, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards ??
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks when necessary ??
Preventative Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance schedules to avoid potential issues and extend the lifespan of facilities ??
Team Support: Work alongside the maintenance team to support various tasks and ensure a safe, functional environment for guests and staff
