MAINTENANCE MANAGER VACANCY ALERT
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and hands-on Junior Maintenance Manager to join a dynamic hospitality team.
Position: Junior Maintenance Manager Location: Cederberg, WC Salary: R15,000 - R20,000
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:

Diploma in maintenance/trades or equivalent (Certificates must be submitted as proof)
At least 3 years of experience in hospitality maintenance (lodges, camps, hotels)
Valid driver's license with PDP, tractor driving experience, and 4x4 driving experience
Excellent knowledge of maintenance systems including electrical, generator, solar, plumbing, building, roads, air-conditioning, refrigerators, gas heating appliances, power tools, pool & jacuzzi maintenance
Sound knowledge in property & vehicle maintenance
Strong communication skills
Ability to train and lead maintenance assistants
Adaptable and flexible to changes and problem-solving
Hardworking, mature, and hands-on with sober habits
Brilliant general handyman
