Description As our Junior Learning Designer, you'll not only create learning materials like short courses, videos, and infographics, but you'll also have a hand in experimenting with cool new ways to engage our team. Oh, and did we mention you'll get to support the marketing team with some video production and occasionally flex your facilitation skills in live online training sessions?
Key Responsibilities (AKA What You'll Be Up To) Create, Create, Create! Develop engaging learning materials – think everything from quizzes to blended learning experiences and snappy infographics to stunning audio-visual content. Stay on top of trends to ensure we're dishing out fresh and relevant content. LinkedIn Learning Support Use the platform to engage learners, curate targeted content, and drive participation in learning initiatives that enhance personal and professional development across the team.  Collaborate and Innovate Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), teams, and stakeholders to craft content that fits our learners' needs. Use data and feedback to keep content effective and learner-centric. Innovate! You'll have room to experiment and put your stamp on certain projects. Support the development of audio-visual material Help our marketing team create fun, professional audio-visual content linked to learning objectives. Facilitate (and Have Fun Doing It) Lead online training sessions that get people engaged and excited to learn. Quality Control and Reporting (Because We Still Need to Keep Things Polished) Regularly review and update learning content to make sure it's topnotch. Track progress, generate reports, and keep us informed. Provide data for monthly learning reports.
Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Education or Communications. A content chameleon who loves working on a wide range of projects. An analytical thinker who understands how to use data to enhance learning outcomes. You've got 2 to 5 years of experience developing digital learning content. Comfortable with LMS and graphic design platforms (think Canva). Excellent communicator – whether it's writing, designing, or presenting. Flexible, adaptable, and love working in a fast-paced environment.
BONUS REQUIREMENTS Experience with LinkedIn Learning? That's awesome! You've facilitated online training sessions before and know how to keep things fun and interactive. Experience with the development of audio-visual learning content, animations etc.
