Educational Background: Relevant IT certification or diploma (e.g., A, N, or equivalent). Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting up and managing Active Directory. Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, including user setup and license management. Knowledge of BitLocker encryption and IT security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues effectively. Familiarity with managing IT asset registers and software licensing. Basic understanding of biometric systems and hardware setup (e.g., monitors, cables, peripherals). Software Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific software (preferable in accounting/audit). Basic understanding of cloud servers and server room maintenance. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an IT support or technician role. Hands-on experience in workstation setups, hardware upgrades, and software installations.
