•Company first line desktop support•Configuration of new equipment and workstation setups•Hardware and Software repairs and maintenance•MS Office Management•Network Diagnostics, Cabling, Wi-Fi, Switches, VLAN, Fibre, LTE •Telephonic remote support as well as onsite•Manage IT support documentation and records•Report daily, weekly, and monthly on IT unresolved issues, threats, and planned activities•Conduct and report on failure analyses•Resolve IT issues in a timeous, cost-effective manner•Understanding of software development processes and database relationships will be beneficial•PC Hardware troubleshooting including Printers•Windows 7, 10, 11•Willing to travel overnight•Passion for all things computer and related •Preferential experience with VMware ESXi, Microsoft SQL server, Active directory , Cctv Hikvision & Dahua.Educational RequirementsDegree, Diploma or relevant certificate in IT 1 year experience in the same or similar roleValid Driver's licence
