Junior It Project Administrator

Minimum requirements: 3- 4 Years of IT experience Matric Strong Communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work extended hours as needed Basic knowledge of IT Cyber Security Products Assist in the management of helpdesk support calls, including analysis, assignment, and escalation Prepare detailed customer reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure consistent client communication. Perform Quality Assurance Lead multiple teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs, demonstrating consistent results Ensure adherence to company policies and processes, with a strong focus on creating positive client experiences and exceeding expectations Working with project team members, the PM is expected to gain a high-level understanding of the business processes, using that knowledge to guide the team in making appropriate decisions for the project that will drive improvements and provide value to the customer and the organization.
