Junior Invoice Clerk

Job Title:  Junior Invoice Clerk  Location:  Cape Town, South Africa (On-site) Salary:  R10,000 CTC per month Company Overview:  Our client is a leading Sales & Marketing through-the-line brand-building company that acts as a premier partner for snacks, confectionery products, and convenience meals in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing vendor forms and tax certificates for customers.
Reviewing and sending customer invoices and credit memos.
Managing account balances and updating accounting records.
Resolving customer inquiries and sending payment reminders.
50-70 invoices to be processed per day.
Requirements: Pastel Experience - Orders come into Pastel and manually process orders.
FMCG experience.
