You will have constant support from the team, in a collaborative and hardworking environment. Junior Insolvency Administrator Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (UK time zone) Location: In office - Cape Town No prior experience required - full training provided. This is currently a remote role that will become fully in-office from January 2025. Responsibilities would include: Preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, letters, notes, invoices, and ad hoc documents including mail merges Dealing with telephone enquiries and passing on messages accurately Supporting the team in delivering professional restructuring and insolvency services Maintaining records of receipts and payments Work with specific insolvency software and various Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, MS Teams Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written English language Enthusiastic about working in insolvency and willing to learn fast. Numerically competent (minimum of 65% pass for maths literacy) Matric with a bachelors pass (advantage but not required) You'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills and also deal with potentially trying situations. A good internet connection and a home set-up that would support remote work for the initial few months (including measures to combat electrical outages / loadshedding) No prior insolvency experience is required, but is advantageous
