Job Description:
Hands-on experience in managing the network infrastructure, including manageable and unmanageable switches, handling VLANs, etc.
Experience or knowledge in ticketing systems, primarily in ServiceNow, OTRS, or JIRA.
Management of assets.
Experience in handling Change Requests, including documenting the Change Requests and workflows.
Hands-on experience in handling firewalls, including understanding the implementation and management of firewall rules and security policies to protect the network from unauthorized access and threats.
Regularly review and update firewall configurations to align with security best practices.
Design, configure, and maintain Site-to-Site VPN connections.
Configuration management of routers/switches, including VLAN segregation and access lists.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and inventory.
Generate regular reports on network performance, security, and availability for management review.
Skills Required:
Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 (Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
Experience in installing and configuring Linux systems.
Experience in database installation and configuration.
Good knowledge of VM and Hyper-V environments.
Knowledge on system hardening of Windows and Linux.
Patching and upgrading of Windows/VMware infrastructure.
Administrator for mailing systems like O365 and Google Apps.
Endpoint Security Management.
