Duties and Responsibilities:Administer and monitor email content filtering management solutions in the environment.Administer and monitor the firewall management solutions utilised in the environment. Administer and monitor anti-malware management solutions utilised in the environment. Provide second-line support to the company users with regards to information security related incidents within the agreed-upon service level agreement (SLA) timeframe. Proactively identify vulnerabilities in the environment and drive the remediation thereof of security related issues, audit findings, risks and vulnerabilities by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and technical teams. Offer information security advisory services to relevant stakeholders e.g. during the planning and implementation of technological solutions in the environment. Administer and maintain the electronic certificates for relevant servers. Ensures that all security breaches identified are promptly and thoroughly investigated and remediated. Review the information security policy, procedures, standards and guidelines, where applicable. Ensure overall administration of security operations and solutions on all other security related solutions within the company environment. Provide any other relevant information security services to the company as requested from time-to-time by the senior management.Requirements:IT-related qualification and certification in the information security field (e.g., Security+, CEH).Security field certificationMust have three years experience or more in six out of the 10 security domains namely: vulnerability management, application security, firewall systems, antivirus systems, access management, intrusion detection systems, encryption software, patch management, web content filtering and email content filtering.
