Junior Industrial Engineer

To plan, implement and improve total industrial engineering functions to support meeting theCompany's manufacturing objectives.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Provide management with information in order to effectively manage organizationalresourcesImplement and improve production line efficiency, standardised work processes,packaging, material information flow and KanbanConduct method studies for all existing and proposed operations within areas ofdelegated responsibility, in order to improve efficiency in production with an emphasison material conveyanceDaily liaison with Line Management & provide assistance as requiredCompile & submit required monthly reports to Senior Industrial EngineerUndertake any other projects or tasks as assigned by Management from time to timeAny other tasks or duties as assigned by Management from time to time.REQUIREMENTS:An Engineering Degree /DiplomaAt least 1 - 2 years industrial engineering experience in an automotive environmentAbility to assist in the design of factory layoutsComputer literacy must include MS Word MS Projects, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint,Auto CadMust have the ability to work under continuous pressureHave excellent communication skills.
