Junior Human Resource Business Partner

Purpose Of The Role Offer support through recruitment, performance management and HR administration.
Key Performance Areas But Not Limited To Recruit pro-actively for the operations division as well as head office.
Manage day-to-day HR administration.
Manage the performance management process.
Any other duties if and when reasonably required.
Experience And Competencies Minimum Diploma / HR Degree.
Strong HR background.
Minimum of 2 years post experience.
High level of communication, verbal and written.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
MS Office (Excel, Word).
Valid SA Driver's license.
Own vehicle non-negotiable.
Must be able to travel.
