Purpose Of The Role
Offer support through recruitment, performance management and HR administration.
Key Performance Areas But Not Limited To Recruit pro-actively for the operations division as well as head office.Manage day-to-day HR administration.Manage the performance management process.Any other duties if and when reasonably required.Experience And Competencies Minimum Diploma / HR Degree.Strong HR background.Minimum of 2 years post experience.High level of communication, verbal and written.Intermediate to advanced computer skills.MS Office (Excel, Word).Valid SA Driver's license.Own vehicle non-negotiable.Must be able to travel.Applications with CV's can be sent directly to us.
