Job Overview:MillennialNxt Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Junior Growth Recruiters.
This entry-level position is ideal for those who are eager to start a career in recruitment, business development, or sales but currently have no prior experience.
Junior Growth Recruiters will be responsible for identifying potential clients, setting up meetings, and bringing companies on board with MillennialNxt.
Once a company is onboarded and payment for placement is received, MillennialNxt will manage the recruitment process, and the Junior Growth Recruiter will earn a 20% commission per successful placement.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition:Proactively research and identify potential clients across various industries who are looking to place sales staff.Reach out to these potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other communication channels to introduce MillennialNxt's services.Client Meetings:Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs.Present MillennialNxt's value proposition and explain how our recruitment services can meet their needs.Negotiate and finalize agreements to onboard clients with MillennialNxt.Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Act as the initial point of contact for clients until they are successfully onboarded by MillennialNxt.Reporting:Keep detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and progress through our CRM system (Jira).Regularly update management on the status of client acquisition efforts and provide feedback to improve the process.Requirements:No Prior Experience Required:This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience in recruitment or sales is necessary.A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and business development.Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present and explain our services effectively to potential clients.Self-Motivated and Target-Driven:A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.A positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection and keep pursuing new leads.Basic Computer Literacy:Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing).Willingness to learn and use our CRM system for managing client interactions.Benefits:High Earning Potential:Commission-based pay with 20% commission per successful placement.Unlimited earning potential based on performance.Career Growth:Opportunity to develop skills in recruitment, sales, and business development.Potential to advance within the company as you gain experience and demonstrate success.Flexible Working Environment:Remote work with the ability to manage your schedule.Supportive team environment with resources and training provided.
