Our client, a leading logistics company based in Roodepoort is looking for a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager who can also handle marketing and event planning to join their creative team. Duties & Responsibilities Graphic Design: o Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, andadvertisements. o Create visually compelling graphics for our website, social media channels, andemail campaigns. o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms. o Maintain and update design templates and brand guidelines Marketing: o Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. o Create engaging content for digital and print media to promote our services. o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide Social Media Marketing: o Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. o Develop and schedule engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement. o Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay updated with industry best practices. o Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. recommendations for improvement. o Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing-related activities. Event Planning: o Plan and organize company events, including trade shows, conferences, andpromotional events. o Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and event setups. o Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. o Manage event budgets and provide post-event reports and analysis. Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising role Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with video editing software is a plus Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms. Experience in planning and organizing events.
